Answering to the Lead Environment Artist and to the Art Director, you will take care of the:
- Creation of textures and their integration in the game levels.
- Creation of 3D objects (setting elements, architecture elements...) and their integration in the game levels (using Unreal Editor).
- Optimization of created assets following the technical recuirements.
- Good observation skills, technically minded and strong graphical culture (photography, cinema and painting).
- Traditional art training, you know how to draw and understand colour.
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop and 3D software (Maya prefered but not exclusive).
- Good knowledge of Z-brush and Turtle (occlusion map).

Answering to the Lead Environment Artist and to the Art Director, you will take care of the:
- Creation of level assets from the initial blockout, light pass, placement of assets created by other artists (props, textures...).
- At the heart of the level creation process you will respond to the needs of prop artists, while staying within the constraints of level designers in charge of gameplay.
- Good observation skills, technically minded and strong graphical culture (photography, cinema and painting).
- Ability to translate 2D designs into a 3D playable level.
- Traditional art training, you know how to draw and understand colour.

Answering to the Lead Programmer and working together with game designers and other members of the programming team, you will collaborate on the implementation of game features (characters and their behaviors, actions, abilities, etc...) using the Unreal Engine, for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with designers and artists to shape behavior and characteristics of NPCs
- Implement AI behavioral features and refine as needed
- Write robust, maintainable code
- Maintain code performance through profiling and optimization
- Work with the lead programmer and production team to establish and refine time estimates
- 3+ years in the games industry with credit on at least one shipped commercial title (preferably as an AI programmer).
- Knowledge of AI techniques such as FSM's, path finding, and behavior systems.
- Experience with physics & animation systems

Responsibilities:
- Work with project leads to determine outsourcing needs.
- Find, research, test, select, and negotiate with outsource studios.
- Generate project specification documentation to be delivered to outsource studios including milestone lists.
- Create, manage, and track the art outsource schedules and payment.
- Review deliverables for quality and accuracy and provide feedback as required.
- Test deliverables to ensure they work with the game engine
- Provide Management with weekly summaries of deliverables completed and due dates.
- Compile deliverables in an organized and easily accessible manner for the department leads.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of working as an Art Manager or Producer in Video games or related Industry, and 1 year experience within the discipline of outsource management.
